Rob started the business in 2005 together with Catherine with the shared vision of making Bellagio one of the best and most respected companies in its field – a vision which still holds true today.
The team describes him as well organised, efficient and hard working. His typical day involves quoting contract projects, liaising with clients and suppliers and trouble-shooting on the rare occasions it's required.
Rob says "We have a great team here and we are all committed to providing our customers with the best service and products we possibly can".

Co-founder Catherine's responsibility is for all things financial. Her aim is to ensure the continued success of the company for staff and customers alike. "It's pleasing to hear from customers how delighted they have been with their experiences of dealing with us - and that they would recommend us".
She is responsible for sourcing the stone that is at the heart of the business and professes a special interest in natural stone. She says "It's really something I get enthusiastic about, it makes me happy to come to work - it's a great place".

Mike is a self-confessed perfectionist.
Responsible for the smooth running of the office operations, quoting, order processing, scheduling (and more), he is keen to provide exceptional customer service and appreciates the positive feedback from customers.
"I enjoy working with our customers, we have a welcoming, friendly, family environment and we know our clients like that", says Mike.
He added "We are constantly looking to improve and grow the company and I look forward to continuing to play a large role in doing that".

As Sales Manager, Kelly's first priority is always the client: "It's important to get things right first time and provide a first class customer service" she says. Being part of a friendly, supportive team fits with her long term goals of growing the business and helping the company be the best in the industry.
She continues "I am enjoying developing relationships with customers old and new and it is great to see the return custom – the repeat business highlights satisfaction and quality of work".

Amber started with us in November. Her responsibilities are to manage all customer service queries and manage day to day office tasks. She has been brought in to help us manage the increase in office workload and to ensure our high standards of service can be maintained as we continue to grow the business. Amber will be one of the main points of contact with our showroom customers.

Kirsty spends much of her time working with customers in the showroom. She is happiest when she knows she has helped a customer get to know more about what Bellagio can offer, enabling them to achieve exactly what they need.
"It's a very relaxed but professional atmosphere here and it's a pleasure to be part of the team" said Kirsty.
